Field service
When on-site service is required, every effort will be made to get a factory-trained Mazak service technician to you immediately. All Mazak service technicians are equipped with laptops for instant access to the Mazak database maintained at our North America headquarters in Florence, Kentucky. This database includes machine information on every Mazak machine tool ever built in or delivered to North America. It puts parts drawings, machine information, and the latest service bulletins at our technicians’ fingertips, so they arrive prepared to get you up and running a quickly as possible.

Component replacement/rebuild/exchange
Mazak’s upgraded repair and test facility at the North America Parts Center offers a wide number of alternatives should any vital component need replacement. To keep any downtime to an absolute minimum, Mazak’s industry-leading Spindle Exchange program maintains new and remanufactured spindles for 24-hour shipment. More recently, this important program was expanded to include index tables, ATC shifters, and milling turrets in response to customer needs. Click here for more information.

Training
Programming classes are held at the Canada Technology Centre, as well as our distributors' offices. But if scheduling is a problem or the course you want is filled, it's good to know that you can attend classes at any one of our Regional Technology Centres throughout North America. This includes the Centre for Multi-Tasking and Manufacturing Excellence within the National Technology Centre in Florence, Kentucky.

Maintenance
Maintenance classes are held only at our North American Headquarters in Florence, Kentucky. This intensive hands-on educational experience includes sessions in the plant where you can see actual machines being built.
